Fliflr is an online marketplace that enables Merchants to sell products and services to customers. Fliflr acts as the payment facilitator for transactions completed through the platform and may collect, hold, and distribute funds in accordance with this Payments Policy.

All payments made through Fliflr are collected and held by Fliflr until the transaction is completed. Funds are held to protect both buyers and sellers and to assist in the resolution of disputes, returns, and refunds.

After a customer confirms receipt and acceptance of the purchased product or service, Fliflr will release payment to the Merchant.

If a customer does not confirm receipt within seven (7) days after the delivery date and no dispute has been opened, Fliflr may consider the transaction completed and release the payment to the Merchant automatically.

Fliflr charges a marketplace commission of fifteen percent (15%) on every completed sale.

The commission will be deducted from the transaction amount before the Merchant receives payment.

Customers may request a refund in accordance with the Merchant's return policy and Fliflr's dispute procedures.

Approved refunds may be subject to a refund processing fee of up to ten percent (10%) of the transaction value to cover payment processing and administrative costs, except where prohibited by law or where the Merchant is determined to be at fault.

If a dispute is opened before payment is released to the Merchant, Fliflr may temporarily hold the funds while investigating the matter.

Fliflr reserves the right to request evidence from both the customer and the Merchant before making a decision regarding the release of funds or the issuance of a refund.

Fliflr reserves the right to withhold payments, reverse transactions, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action where fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violations of platform policies are suspected.

By using Fliflr, customers and Merchants agree to this Payments Policy and authorize Fliflr to collect, hold, deduct commissions from, and distribute transaction funds in accordance with these terms.
